5字诀:把"一句话"说成"一段话"（第 1 课 · 板书 ②）
上一页解决了"开口的第一秒",这一页解决第二秒到第三十秒:怎么把一个观点展开成一段有画面、有场景、有收尾的连贯叙述。板书 ② 的骨架是——每句话前都垫填充词,句子本体只做三件事:表态、加画面、加证据。
一、五片积木(想不出怎么展开时,按这个顺序搭)

再补一个"呼吸点"(也是 5字诀 之外最重要的习惯):长句之后必须接一个短句收尾——长短交替,听的人才不累,你才不像背稿。
二、实战 1:Do you like reading? —— 积木拼装过程
板书 ② 里,这条主线问题被拼了三次,每次都是同一套骨架:

Oh yeah — you know, I'm really into reading. To be honest, I'd call myself a proper book-person: reading is my cup of tea. For me, it's like escaping to a different world — a good book takes me somewhere that reality can't, a world that keeps me calm. And I can read anywhere: when I'm wearing my wireless headphones on the train, I just dive into a historical story, and the whole ride disappears. So yeah — you'll rarely see me without a book in my bag.
备用词汇卡(说"人"用):book-person(书虫型)/ picture person(画画型)/ numbers person(数据型)/ big fan of … / my cup of tea(我的菜)。
三、实战 2:What's your morning routine? —— 你的原稿,加上"连贯感"
这一节用的是你自己的原稿(板书 ② 里逐句标了主谓宾)。老师提的升级目标就三条:接入做咖啡的过程、描述咖啡的味道、把动作与动作之间用从句串起来。
版本 A:原稿(每个信息是孤立的一句)
I woke up at 8:00 a.m., which was earlier than usual because I had an appointment at the visa center at 10:00 a.m. I felt very sleepy when I opened my eyes, so I thought I should make something to wake myself up. I made an iced black coffee with some osmanthus jam by myself, and I have to say, it was a really yucky coffee. I think I won't try new things like that anymore.
版本 B:同一内容,动作全程"长"在句子里(从属连词把时间线焊死)
Since I had an appointment at the visa center at ten, I got up at eight — earlier than usual. The moment I opened my eyes, I still felt terribly sleepy, so rather than stumbling out of the house like that, I decided to brew something strong enough to wake me up. And since I was feeling adventurous, I added a spoonful of osmanthus jam to my iced black coffee — a combination I'd never tried before. So, while I was brushing my teeth, I switched on the coffee maker so that it could warm up; as I tamped the coffee grounds, I filled up the water reservoir. Once the coffee had finally dripped into the carafe, I turned on the stove and fried myself a sunny-side-up egg to go with it. When I eventually sat down and took a big sip — well, ew. It tasted absolutely awful. So I think that's the last time I try new things like that in the morning.

味道词汇包:先抱怨再补一句态度,顺序不要反——it was really yucky / it tasted absolutely awful / ew(喝到怪味的拟声词)+ I won't try new things like that anymore(收尾态度)。
四、配套:发音五诀(字头 → 归韵,五个检查点)
板书 ② 下半段的发音练习——每次开口前,用五个检查点过一遍要发的词:

自检口诀:字头咬住 → 口腔打开 → 咧嘴到位 → 元音定准 → 尾音归净。发音准的底层不是"读得快",是每个检查点都肯慢半拍。
